What are your refund and returns policy?

At The Beauty School we are happy for you to return your items but it must be within our returns policy below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email orders@thebeautyschool.co.uk to discuss with the customer service team.

  • Any item not in its original condition ( seals or protective wraps removed ), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please note: You the customer will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item, recorded delivery is the preferred method. Postage costs are non-refundable.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders usually arrive between 1-3 working days. Due to Covid-19 postal delays, please allow an extra 2-3 days for your delivery to arrive.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

My order is incorrect. What should I do?

How much is delivery?

Non-professional customers – UK & ROI delivery costs £6.00. Qualify for free delivery when you spend over £75.

Professional Customers – UK delivery costs £6 + VAT and ROI delivery costs £10.50 + VAT.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please phone us ASAP at +44 (0) 28 417 53900, and our team will do our best to assist you.

Can I track my order?

To keep shipping costs down, we use an un-tracked service that is very reliable. If you have any issues with your order delivery, please contact us and we will assist you.

Do you offer international delivery?

We can arrange international delivery if you email us or call us directly and we will be able to provide you with an international delivery rate.

How can I book a training course?

Do you have finance options available?

Yes, we offer an interest-free payment plan. How does it work? Simply pay a 50% deposit to secure your place on the course. The remaining balance is then divided into three payments and you will be required to start the payments the first month after training.

How much do your courses cost?

The cost of each training course varies. You can view costs on the dedicated page for the course you are interested in under ‘Training’. The cost for all courses includes all training, booklets, and access to the pro shop.

Who can attend your training courses?

The majority of our courses are suitable for everyone, including complete beginners. This includes HD BrowsHD BrowSculptLVL Lash LiftExpress LashesExtend LashesSpray Tanning, and Body Wrap training. I have booked my training course. What happens next?

When you book your training course, you will receive your confirmation email including; date, time, location, and payments made. You will receive your training information pack in the post. Depending on the course, this will include a training manual for home study before you attend the course, a patch test (if required), along with your confirmation letter, invoice, directions, and terms & conditions. What do I have to bring with me on my day of training?

If you have received a training manual in your information pack, please complete this and take it with you on the day of training. We will provide you with disposable masks, gloves, and aprons to carry out your practical treatment, however, you are required to bring your own face visor. If not, you can purchase one in the academy for £6 + VAT. Due to COVID-19 regulations, we are unable to provide any lunch for students, so you are welcome to take any lunch you require with you on your day of training. Tea & Coffee will be provided.

Do I need to bring my own PPE?

We will provide you with disposable masks, gloves, and aprons to carry out your practical treatment, however, you are required to bring your own face visor. If you don’t own one, you can purchase one in the academy for £6 + VAT.

When will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be posted out to the account holder 4-6 weeks after the date of your training.

Will I be qualified as soon as I finish the training course?

You will be qualified as soon as our trainers sign you off on your day of training. However, you will not be insured to carry out the treatment until you receive your certificate.

How long will my training course last?

Depending on the course you book, your training can last anywhere between a half-day and a full-day. Your training time will be included in your confirmation email and confirmation letter in your information pack. Finishing times usually depend on the size of the group training.
