Description
This product is formulated to be used alongside the CeraLashTints during CeraLash treatments when the tint is not being mixed with the fix, to create beautifully fuller-looking lashes. Containing 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, it has been specifically formulated to activate the colour molecules in our CeraLashTint range when being used as a standalone treatment step.
Tint Developer opens the cuticle layer of the natural lash, allowing tint molecules to penetrate deep into the cortex for intense colour and shine.
