An essential in BrowStay treatments, the HD Brows BrowStay 3% Developer activates the colour molecules in the HD Brows BrowStay Hybrid Dye to create the long-lasting colour. Containing 3% peroxide, its been developed specifically to work with hybrid brow tints.
The Creamy formula is easy to work with and quick to mix. The vegan friendly formulation is also enriched with coconut oil and pro-vitamin B% to help nourish and hydrate during treatments.
